Committee for Developing Options to Update the Publication Program
Background
At the 9 November 2025 Board of Directors / Afterguard Meeting, John Butler, Master, brought forth a proposal to consolidate the two periodic publications of The Corinthians Association into one. The functions of the Spinsheet, primarily the announcement of activities for the Association and Fleets for the coming month, would be consolidated into The Mainsheet which would be published on a monthly or bi-monthly basis instead of quarterly
The discussion also brought forth the idea of moving to an all digital format for the Mainsheet. As of now, only 130 of 330 Members have requested printed copies with an attendant cost of $4000 / year (~$31 / member receiving copies).
As a result of the wide ranging discussion, a Publications Working Group has been formed to develop and evaluation options that can be brought to the Board and Afterguard in a proposal by the next meeting in 2025

- This website has been set up as a tool to facilitate the activities of the Publications Committee
- Comment sections have been added to working webpages to allow Committee Members to make comments to discuss the content and to inform and guide the work of the Committee.
